Adeleke is a seasoned HR executive and educator with deep expertise in labour relations, employee relations, and strategic HR leadership. He is currently the Acting Director, Strategic HR Business Partner and leads the Employee & Labour Relations team at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. As an Instructor of Human Resources Management at KPU Melville School of Business, he develops graduate-level curricula and mentors future HR leaders.
Kehinde is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience across manufacturing, financial services, and multinational environments. She currently serves as a Human Resources Specialist at McCain Foods, where she supports a large workforce through talent management, employee relations, performance systems, and day-to-day HR operations. With prior roles at ProvidusBank, Maple Leaf Foods, and Halogen Security, she has built strong expertise in capability development, performance improvement, and supporting leaders in fast-paced settings. Kehinde holds certifications including CIPMN, aPRHi, and CPHR Manitoba membership, and is completing a Human Resources Management certificate at the University of Manitoba. Samantha CPHR, is an accomplished HR and Labour Relations professional with extensive experience across healthcare, security services, and gaming—three of Canada’s most complex unionized sectors. She currently serves as a Senior Human Resources and Labour Relations Advisor at Vancouver Coastal Health, where she supports large multi-stakeholder teams and leads the resolution of high-impact workplace issues. Known for her strength in collective bargaining, grievance management, conflict resolution, and employer–union relations, she is recognized for guiding leaders through sensitive labour matters with clarity and fairness. Beyond labour relations, Samantha brings broad HR expertise across talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, and occupational health and safety, consistently aligning HR practices with organizational goals. Her calm judgment, negotiation skill, and ability to stabilize complex labour dynamics make her a trusted voice in modern HR practice and a valuable contributor to this webinar.
Imoleayo Ashogbon is a seasoned HR leader and career strategist with over 15 years of experience across Canada and global Fortune 500 environments. He currently leads Human Resources and Labour Relations at one of Alberta’s finest universities, where he guides culture, compliance, and organizational effectiveness at an institutional level. Imole has helped more than 1,000 professionals secure meaningful roles in Canada and has advised CEOs, executives, and business leaders on building high-performing people systems.
