He is currently the Acting Director, Strategic HR Business Partner and leads the Employee & Labour Relations team at Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. As an Instructor of Human Resources Management at KPU Melville School of Business, he develops graduate-level curricula and mentors future HR leaders.
