We are offering an exciting 3-month virtual internship designed to provide aspiring HR professionals with meaningful learning, exposure to real projects, and mentorship from experienced consultants.

Role Summary

The HR Intern will support coordination and administrative functions within HR projects while developing skills in compliance, recruitment, training, and people operations. This internship is structured as a learning opportunity, not an employment relationship, and is best suited for students, recent graduates, or internationally trained professionals seeking Canadian HR exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in HR coordination activities, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview logistics
Contribute to the preparation of policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
Participate in the design and delivery of HR training workshops and initiatives
Conduct research on emerging HR trends and best practices
Provide administrative support to HR consultants on client projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Strong communication, organization, and research skills
Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
Professional curiosity and eagerness to learn HR systems and processes
Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of HRIS is an asset

Internship Terms

This internship is unpaid and designed solely for educational and professional development purposes.
Flexible commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week over 12 weeks.
Interns will receive structured mentorship, project exposure, and certification of completion.
