Job Description:

As the Marketing & Sales Specialist at Luminous Consultings, you will play a key role in shaping our market presence, driving sales growth, and optimizing the customer journey through expertly crafted sales funnels. This remote role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales lead generation and experience in setting up impactful sales funnels, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with our brand team.

Responsibilities

1.Sales Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality sales leads within the professional community.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base through targeted outreach and relationship-building.

2. Collaboration with Brand Team:

  • Work closely with the brand team to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand message across all marketing and sales materials.
  • Collaborate on the that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

3. Strategic Planning:

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that align with organizational goals and contribute to revenue growth.

4. Sales Funnel Expertise:

  • Utilize experience in setting up effective sales funnels to optimize the customer journey, from lead generation to conversion.
  • Implement strategies to enhance funnel performance and drive higher conversion rates.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for differentiation in the training and certification space.

6. Campaign Management:

  • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email, to drive lead generation and conversion.

7. Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients to enhance Luminous Consultings’ presence.

8. Metrics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales lead generation, preferably in the professional training industry.
  3. Strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  4. Experience in setting up and optimizing sales funnels for improved conversion rates.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  7. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  8. Innovative thinking with a focus on creating impactful and memorable campaigns.
