Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist with a background in HR or course creation within the educational industry. The successful candidate will take charge of closing leads generated through various channels, ensuring exceptional conversion rates and a positive return on advertising spend.
Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with leads generated through marketing efforts, steering them through the sales process to achieve high conversion rates.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage a profound understanding of HR and educational industry trends to effectively articulate the value of our training and certification courses.
- Remote Collaboration: Work remotely to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Ad Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights for refining advertising strategies, ensuring that ad spend translates into high-quality leads.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and surpass sales targets, emphasizing both base pay and attractive performance pay linked to the leads generated.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our evolving course offerings, ensuring the ability to convey the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in closing sales, with a preference for experience in the HR or educational industry.
