We are looking for an intellectually curious and forward-thinking HR professional eager for fresh challenges and career growth to join our team as an HR Consultant for our Audit and Tax business units.

 

As part of the Calgary HR team, you’ll help local leaders better understand, develop and engage their best asset, our people. Once you’ve gained a deep understanding of our business and culture, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver innovative programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the HR Generalist to provide front-line support to Audit and Tax business units on HR annual programs including talent reviews, compensation, recognition, and employee listening.
  • Be a privileged advisor to Business Unit Leaders, Develop Leaders and people managers, providing advice and support in the execution of their roles.
  • Work collaboratively with KPMG’s HR team locally and nationally to create and implement talent strategies and programs aligned with key business priorities.
  • Collaborate with KPMG’s Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Council, business leaders, and HR colleagues to support the creation and implementation of diverse and inclusive talent practices.
  • Partner with extraordinary colleagues in KPMG’s HR Centres of Excellence including Total Rewards, Employee Experience, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, and Employee Relations to bring deep HR knowledge and expertise to your clients.
Additional Requirements
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Experience in a professional services environment a clear asset.
