We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to support and maintain Affinity’s range of technology and applications that our employees rely on to serve each other and our members.

Specific Skills
  • Post-secondary education in a related field and 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience
  • Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Union’s business objectives and divisional business operations
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following: Microsoft based client, server, and cloud environment including using automation and remote management tools, or enterprise communications services, or network infrastructure in a distributed enterprise
  • Ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze, and recommend innovative processes
  • Ability to lead a project through the project life cycle, liaising effectively with key stakeholders
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
  • Plan, deploy, test, and maintain end-user devices (desktop, laptop, mobile devices) throughout lifecycle including imaging, configurations, patch management, escalated problem resolutions, and business continuity procedures; using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Resolve and monitor hardware and software-related issues, network issues and perform equipment replacement and upgrades
  • Maintain enterprise Microsoft platforms (Windows Server, Azure) and services such as Active Directory, Hyper – V, DNS,. DHCP, Remote Desktop Services
  • Assist in managing enterprise infrastructure, storage (SAN, NAS) and backup solutions; participates in the organization’s disaster recovery plans and testing, including contacting vendors for assistance as necessary
  • Maintain enterprise communications services (Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, VoIP services ) and meeting room services
  • Provide expertise for complex, escalated technical support issues; identifies, troubleshoots and solves problems for end-users
