Come be a part of the Digital Implementation team; in the role of a Learning Advisor, you’ll help build immersive on-site and online experiences to engage and empower Petro-Canada stakeholders through their change journey.

Specific Skills

7 years experience and deep knowledge with Adult Learning and Instructional Design
Post-secondary education (business, marketing, sales is preferred) or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in designing, curating, and rolling out on-demand digital learning strategies specifically catered to digital product and sales teams
Experience with learning needs and performance gap analysis, instructional design, development and implementation, as well as assessment/evaluation of learning
Strong Project Management skills – ability to plan out complex projects with understanding of key milestones, decision points, move projects forward, influence decisions, and managing budgets (up to several million annually)

Responsibilities

Leverage technology to develop, deliver and maintain an effective and efficient learning solution for Digital Products
Assess application and training readiness for Digital Products solutions
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the product teams to develop program content and/or project strategy
Support the development and execution of project plans, including drafting communications and coordinating the translation process
Work with external vendors to identify training needs and develop training materials
Consult and build commitment around recommended learning solutions aligned to business needs
Work closely with Digital Business Readiness Advisors and business stakeholders to meet project deliverables and deadlines
Oversee, organize, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions
Collaborate with the business to ensure there is a consistent approach to training requests to further drive efficiencies and best practices
