Digital is key in the growth of the Petro-Canada business. As the Digital Products team, we navigate the digital landscape and propel the retail and wholesale business forward with innovation, efficiency, and strategic expertise.

Come be a part of the Digital Implementation team; in the role of a Learning Advisor, you’ll help build immersive on-site and online experiences to engage and empower Petro-Canada stakeholders through their change journey.

 

Specific Skills
  • 7 years experience and deep knowledge with Adult Learning and Instructional Design
  • Post-secondary education (business, marketing, sales is preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, curating, and rolling out on-demand digital learning strategies specifically catered to digital product and sales teams
  • Experience with learning needs and performance gap analysis, instructional design, development and implementation, as well as assessment/evaluation of learning
  • Strong Project Management skills – ability to plan out complex projects with understanding of key milestones, decision points, move projects forward, influence decisions, and managing budgets (up to several million annually)
Responsibilities
  • Leverage technology to develop, deliver and maintain an effective and efficient learning solution for Digital Products
  • Assess application and training readiness for Digital Products solutions
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the product teams to develop program content and/or project strategy
  • Support the development and execution of project plans, including drafting communications and coordinating the translation process
  • Work with external vendors to identify training needs and develop training materials
  • Consult and build commitment around recommended learning solutions aligned to business needs
  • Work closely with Digital Business Readiness Advisors and business stakeholders to meet project deliverables and deadlines
  • Oversee, organize, and deliver knowledge transfer sessions
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure there is a consistent approach to training requests to further drive efficiencies and best practices
