Responsibilities
Luminous Consulting is proud to partner with our client in seeking a dynamic Project Administrator. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in managing and coordinating impactful projects, organizing events, and maintaining effective communication with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination and Management:
    • Manage the initiation, planning, and execution of key projects aligned with organizational goals.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation, maintaining project timelines and deliverable quality.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Design, plan, and execute events that promote organizational objectives and enhance community engagement.
    • Negotiate with vendors and oversee logistical arrangements to ensure event success.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Assist in financial planning, budget management, and expense tracking for projects.
    • Prepare financial reports for stakeholders and ensure compliance with budget constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and responding to inquiries.
    • Build and maintain relationships that promote organizational interests and project success.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle administrative tasks related to project execution, including documentation, meeting coordination, and compliance checks.
    • Use project management tools and software to track project progress and report on milestones.
Additional Requirements
  • Knowledge of the Finance and Banking sector desired or a plus.
