Specific Skills
  • Excellent time management, scheduling and prioritization skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage various aspects of the recruitment process and concurrent recruitment of multiple candidates
  • Attention to detail to maintain accurate applicant records and implement a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • Clear and professional communication when conducting candidate interviews, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with the management team
  • Technical proficiency with various computer systems, especially Google Docs and Mac OS
Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruitment of a safety-focused delivery team
  • Develop and implement a timely and responsive staffing plan in a high volume, competitive and fast moving candidate market
  • Manage postings, screen candidates, evaluate applications, make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and manage applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate on-boarding process including background checks, account provisioning, and third party testing
  • Update and maintain confidential records within various computer systems

Requirements

  • 2 years administrative and/or customer service leadership experience
  • Experience in high volume recruiting environment industry an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to use various mobile and computer applications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various work locations
