Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, the Senior Manager, Benefits, Pension & Disability has overall responsibility for the planning, design, and implementation of the firm’s pension & savings, disability management and benefits programs. Leading a team of Managers and Senior Associates, you will manage and oversee our benefits programs (including pension, savings, and disability) for partners and staff (including retirees), providing consultative advice to business leaders and HR business partners. To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of total rewards principles, best practices, trends, and regulations, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
