In this role, you are accountable and have a leadership role in using data and analytics to improve our understanding of client behaviours, as well as improve in-market strategies and inform the design of our suite of products. You will work collaboratively with the Cards team on high priority initiatives and using advanced analytics, tools and multiple data sources (e.g. client segment data, bureau data, client behaviour data across all RBC products, online and mobile interaction data, etc.) to formulate strategies to optimize the business, improve the client experience and increase shareholder value.
