Responsibilities
A day in the life as a Senior Relationship Manager:
Interview members and potential members, gather information, determine business needs, and conduct an analysis on credit worthiness
Fully understand the history, goals, objectives, and status of the member’s business by actively monitoring and managing the business relationship
Proactively assess and anticipate member’s needs to identify solutions to meet those needs and the member’s broader business objectives
Provide proactive, individualized financial advice, and achieve business development targets
Foster long term member relationships through consistent follow-up in order to cross-sell credit union products and services as well provide referrals to other business partners within the organization
