About this role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular, Full-time Sr. Consultant, Employee Relations to join our dynamic Employee Relations team.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Employee Relations, the Sr. Consultant provides a wide range of labor and employee relations services on behalf of Canadian Blood Services, which includes undertaking collective bargaining negotiations as the Chief Spokesperson. Advises on the application of collective agreements, terms and conditions of employment, provincial employment-related legislation, arbitration awards, and general labor relations practices to HR Managers, Project Directors, Senior Leaders and Managers. Drafts policies and procedures ensuring legislative and/or collective agreement compliance and provides education to HR Managers or directly to Managers as required.
