Sr. Information Security Analyst (GCS)

Overview

RBC is looking for an experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to help us operate cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) services and tools, ensuring system effectiveness of internal security controls. The ideal candidate is passionate about Privileged Access Management (PAM), and cyber security, and has in-depth experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems.

Specific Skills
  • 3 or more years of experience supporting Privileged Access Management solutions (CyberArk Vault preferred) in large enterprise environments
  • Broad and in-depth knowledge of the IAM domain including related PAM capabilities and tools, IT controls, testing and maintenance and regulatory requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in the area of IT service management (i.e. incident, problem, and change) while displaying a strong sense of urgency and bias for positive action with a history of delivering results.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Operate information security controls related to privileged access within established timelines
  • Provide second-level end-user support for PAM services
  • Perform account and safe administration in CyberArk Vault
  • Manage incidents and problems for in-scope systems while performing root cause analysis, identifying improvements, and driving to implementation
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes and procedures to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
  • Create and maintain detailed internal and end-user-facing procedure documents
Additional Requirements
  • Certifications: CyberArk, CISSP
  • Familiarity with IT standards and methodologies
